  2.     Mail Them: the License

  5.     Mail Them is shareware. This means:
  6.  
  7.   - All copyrights to Mail Them are exclusively owned by Kadmy Ltd.
  8.  
  9.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
  10.     days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if
  11.     you wish to continue to use Mail Them, you MUST register.
  12.  
  13.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  14.     use Mail Them on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal 
  15.     purpose, at a time.  The registered Mail Them software may not be
  16.     rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person 
  17.     receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an
  18.     update, the transfer must include the update and all previous
  19.     versions. 
  20.   - Mail Them unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed,
  21.     provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or 
  22.     company may charge a fee for the distribution of Mail Them without 
  23.     written permission from the copyright holder.

  25.   - Mail Them IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
  26.     EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR
  27.     WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
  28.     ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  30.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  31.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  32.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  33.     provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorised use shall 
  34.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  35.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  37.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Kadmy Ltd.

  39.   - Installing and using Mail Them signifies acceptance of these terms
  40.     and conditions of the license.

  42.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  43.     Mail Them files from your storage devices and cease to use the
  44.     product.
